When Koodo finally had to say “adios” to their little Mexican wrestler mascot, they put the account up for review. A lot of big name agencies were invited to pitch along with Camp Jefferson, a tiny upstart. Our insight came out of customer research. Rogers and Bell customers actually feel angry. Koodo customers are the happiest. So why not Choose Happy? That simple, optimistic message totally stuck a chord, and won the business. It’s a tagline they still use today.
